Does anyone know how to contact her directly? You may not know but her twins and my boys were born on the same day and I want to contact her. Thanks. I have looked online but the only one I got was CNN.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China. Seriously get off the damn internet and contact the nursing agencies instead. Damn, GIRL. Come on. Get in touch with reality instead of some TV personality.

who is nancy grace and why in the h** should i care? what i can't figure out is how on earth you have the time and energy to fight with the parents on this board if you are as busy and tormented as you say you are.

i'm done responding to you. how dare you take up valuable space on this board and the energy of its members only to abuse it. it is a lifeline for so many people. i am a gentle person and my friends would say a very gracious friend. but you have used and abused me too many times. you don't deserve what comes out of my brain.

i challenge the rest of the time and energy stretched members of this board to do the same.

Okay... you got me. Why on God's green Earth are you planning on contacting Nancy Grace? Just because your kids are born on the same day you think she's going to somehow relate to you?

This is TOO WEIRD. This has to be a joke, right?

Now that's a list! Love it!

Fiesty-there's your list. Get going. Are you wanting to contact her for more sympathy? I've seen her show a time or two and I'm pretty sure she'll have no sympathy for you. She's kind of a child's advocate which you apparently are not. Are you hoping she'll do the work for you by drawing media attention to your case like octomom so you can get a nurse?

Really? Really? How about you get some sleep since you have lots of calls to make in the morning.

Make sure you read Sabbras post Feisty....I looked yesterday too...yellowpages.com listed 42 nursing agencies in San Diego.

Who you need to call is Gloria Allred...apparentally she cant even get Octomoms kids taken away because shes stepped up to the plate at least in a halfass effort. Im sure she could get yours to someone that will actually take care of them.
And Nancy Grace would too.

So here ya go, keep calling enough people that arent nurses and someone is going to eventually get your kids away from you.

In case you really need to call Gloria, her number is (323) 302-4773.
To get in touch with Nancy Grace, 877-NANCY-01.

Neither of which are going to care about your boys bday, Im sure theyll get the main picture like we all do here. That there is no reason on earth your boys shouldnt both be home.

5 agencies that provided pediatric nursing. I suppose you are saying the SW at Bernardy doesn't know her job? I will make sure to let her know that.

This the letter she gave me. "Below in the 5 nursing agencies that provide in-home nursing through the medi-cal funded EPSDT program."

I forgot you know everything right?????

What about surrounding counties? If they have one you CAN always move! Not like work is holding you back.

Not that any of us know EVERYTHING... But, we certainly are more determined to get that precious little boy home then you seem to be. We are showing you ways to move mountains, and you are playing the innocent victim......

Nurses would not want to drive 3 hours to get to work. San Diego county is huge. One agency is in Bontia.

THEN MOVE THERE! Move wherever there is an available nurse. Stop making excuses. Tell you BF, BD, DH, whatever to get off his lazy ass and get out. Then move your #$$ to an apt in the county that has an available nurse. Thats how you get him home. Personally, I would live in a shack in timbucktoo if that meant my son could come home sooner.

Do something! LOG off now! Go research surrounding counties. Seriously. Do you really think talking to NG is a priority?

Ughhh.. I dont get it.

If your child is eligible, CCS may pay for or provide:

* Treatment, hospital and surgical care, laboratory tests, X-rays, orthopedic appliances and medical equipment
* Medical case management to secure treatment from special doctors and care for your child when medically necessary, and referrals to other agencies, including public health nursing and regional centers
* Medical Therapy Program services, which provides physical therapy and/or occupational therapy in public schools

Medical Conditions CCS Covers

Only certain conditions are covered by CCS. In general, CCS covers medical conditions that are physically disabling or require medical, surgical, or rehabilitative services. There also may be certain criteria that determine if your child's medical condition is eligible. Listed below are eligible medical conditions that may be covered and some examples of each:

* Conditions involving the heart (congenital heart disease)
* Neoplasms (cancers, tumors)
* Disorders of the blood (hemophilia, sickle cell anemia)
* Endocrine, nutritional, and metabolic diseases (thyroid problems, PKU, diabetes)
* Disorders of the genito-urinary system (serious chronic kidney problems)
* Disorders of the gastrointestinal system (chronic inflammatory disease, diseases of the liver)
* Serious birth defects (cleft lip/palate, spina bifida)
* Disorders of the sense organs (hearing loss, glaucoma, cataracts)
* Disorders of the nervous system (cerebral palsy, uncontrolled seizures)
* Disorders of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissues (rheumatoid arthritis, muscular dystrophy)
* Severe disorders of the immune system (HIV infection)
* Disabling conditions or poisonings requiring intensive care or rehabilitation (severe head, brain, or spinal cord injuries, severe burns)
* Complications of premature birth requiring an intensive level of care
* Disorders of the skin and subcutaneous tissue (severe hemangioma)
* Medically handicapping malocclusion (severely crooked teeth) Special screening criteria must be met

The boys already have CCS. I have that number in my phone and their worker is FE. They have had CCS since they were born. CCS is who pays for their PT/OT. The office is located on Mission Gorge.

"I am talking about dr's, PT/OT, SDRC, and CCS. Plus they have an infant teacher as well."

This was from one of my posts.

Furthermore, why would me wanting to get into contact with Nancy Grace be such an issue? I have been thinking about since I found out our babies were born on the same day. Everyone watches her. The story of my boys and their struggles would raise awareness for March of Dimes and it may touch home with her knowing that my little guys share a birthday. I don't watch the show often because I am reminded how much the boys have been through. I believe Nancy's twins are walking already.

What I am trying to say is that the Social Worker at Bernardy doesn't give a rip about your kid. It is YOUR JOB to follow through on all leads. And FYI I didn't wait for the social worker at the hospital my daughter was transferred to. Which was three hours away from where we live and both our boys were home. I found a way to make it work.

Uh rat me out about what? Are you here? Do you know me? Do you know either one of my son's? There are so many people involved with their lives that don't you think if I were a bad mom that I wouldn't have my boys? Get real. I wanted to contact Nancy to raise awareness of premature birth and it's affect on families.

No thankfully I don't know you personally, because if I did it would take all I have refrain myself. WTF? Do you have short-term memory loss? We all know your story. Any idiot can do a search on here and look up all the BS you've stated in the past in no time. Why don't YOU get real. Instead of wanting to spend your time raising awarness spend it instead on getting your son home!

Yeah, but does she really have kids? Has anyone ever seen them? I don't know why we respond to her. She must enjoy it. Being very passive aggressive and saying stupid things and baiting us for a response. Maybe she should contact Nancy Grace and then maybe Nancy Grace will find Brandon a good home with people who would fight to get him home.

OF all things that she said, you choose to correct her spelling of his name? For the love of GOD.. How about saying, "I love my son and would give anything to have him here" or "There isn't anything that NG could do that I haven't already done!"

Im done.. this situation breaks my heart. I only hope that someone sees this situation and is able to do something before that precious little boy suffers anymore!

All I have to say since I have never responded to one of Feisty's posts is that if Nancy Grace probably would help her to get her son home but she would also be just as cruel to Feisty as she is to any ohter person on her show.

Sorry, but if awareness needs to be made about premature births and the effect on families they can contact me. Mine were born earlier than yours at 24 weeks. Wonder who I should contact?!?!?!?!?!?

Since you all have the answers. CPS can't do anything. The Medically fragile unit has already been involved and the case was closed. Then opened again because of big brother and one of his fits. If there was a reason for CPS to be involved the SW from bernardy or any on of their dr's would have have already called. Give it a rest already.

What problems do your babies have? Many babies have been born before mine and have not had half the problems that my boys have had. Neither one of them should be here but they have defied the odds.

I love my sons and I am doing all I can for both of them. munchausen syndrome by proxy oh I am lmao on that one.

Sorry ladies I need to get Christian ready for his long day. I am sure this will probably be gone by the time I get back.

My family is one of the lucky ones where our 24 weekers all survived and survived without ANY medical or developmental issues at all. No one can tell us why when all the medical people know that they should not have survived and they should have a lot of medical and developmental issues.

I am glad to see that you are getting off the computer to take care of the little guy who is at home. I really wasn't expecting to get a response 5 minutes after I posted this. Also, I have not followed your story as to what all is wrong with your boys. I don't want to know and feel fine is saying it doesn't matter to me. All I know is you are on here a lot asking for help, I can tell that jsut by reading the first sentence on your threads without even opening them.
