Whitney/Catham3 was recently trying to call out another Mom who recently lost her trio a few months back. She was corresponding with a lady on one of the yahoo boards http://groups.yahoo.com/group/multiplebirthfakers/
that I belong to. She seemed to have a very vested interest in whether or not this ebmiller2005 had truly lost her triplets or not. I wasn't so sure of why she was so interested in this issue, but maybe that's why? She had a few questions about LAMBS and other loss support groups. Her blog has also "disappeared" as well... Interesting...

This whole thing stinks.

Although, if she was truly a fake, why would she use her name and put her email address out there on that yahoo faker board?

Not like it is hard to make up a name and get an email address. I saw she said she was way to involved in another faker drama to notice this other fake of her "friend".

So is anyone allowed to join this faker board? I am fascinated with their mentality. I wish I had a psychology background.

LOL! I'm in two abnormal psych classes right now, but we don't hit MPDs until the end of the semester - I'll have to read ahead! Maybe we could use MPD to mean Multiple-Parenting Dillusions.

OMG I am laughing so hard I have tears rolling down my face!! Been a long day, am getting ready for a vacation and had the babies today, they will be 4 mo on the 17th, also had big sister Amelia. They wore grandma out!! Natalie is the biggest and so dang cute, then precious Ben is a real charmer. I often wonder about what Lily would have looked like and been like. Anyway, I digress. I have no clue what you guys are talking about but this post cracked me up! Thanks for the grins!

Ok, I hate fakers as much as the next person, but really, let's let it go. Starting a seperate thread just brings more attention to the faker(s), which is probably the main goal of fakers in general.

Do you think they find shame in faking? My guess is no. Fakers are sick attention-seekers and by starting a thread like this, you are only feeding that monster.

Notify Jeff, if that hasn't been done already, and let TC deal with it.

And coming in 10 hours after the last post to bump it back to the top sure goes a long way in not bringing attention to the situation.

Yes Jeff has been notified but if their are fakers, either multiple fakers or multiple personalities of the same person, it DOES need to be made public. These people have been posting for some time on TC. While their post counts are not high on TC they may have developed email relationship through TC or blogs with our members. If we just report it to Jeff and have the quietly blocked that allows them to continue faking OFF the board.

Now if you don't like the attention brought by a thread fine. Then when it has died and started to drop down ignore it. Don't bump it back up 10 hours after the last post just to scold everyone how you think your way is so much better to handle it. If you don't like how others are handling it notify Jeff and let TC deal with it.

I for one appreciate being alerted that someone is/was a faker. I have responded to these sickos thinking they were real triplet moms. I want to be aware of who they are so I won't waste my time on them. Also they are stealing someones pictures, how else will the "real" family of those children be notifed that someone has stolen their pics. I think posting here and having all of us take a look is a good way. We should all be aware of these fakers
