This past week, things on the board have gotten pretty out of hand. I just want to extend an apology for the comments I added to fuel the fire. I appreciate this board and the information gained here.
I don't agree with the way it was handled (enough said on that), but I think everyone needs to move forward. I think part of moving forward is removing that thread at the top of the board. There are those who want to continue to keep that thread alive. It's unproductive. We just need to move on from this, productively, and get back to the real reasons we're all here. It's a new week. I think we should start with a clean slate.

This is the best idea I have seen yet on this topic. I also apologize for any part I played.
After this all played out, I looked back at some of the post history of the "banned" users. There was a wealth of brilliant, insightful, witty, valuable posts. It would be a shame to lose the deep resources they bring over this issue.

I got on to your forum before you shut it down, I am so glad you all have your own forum where you can make fun of all of us regular moms. I know for me I am just trying to make sense of my crazy life. I come on here to be supported and to hopefully support others.

After going to that site I am not so sure, but think I should pull MY originial post of how nice. HOW MEAN!! I went there and shame on whoever did that. I am thinking a few sour apples are trying to spoil a great site! I also saw it before some of the things (ie: so called names and topics) were removed. How very cruel. So sad that a place such a TC is being taken down by so few! I say don't let the "losers" be the winners!!!

Be careful, it sounds to me like these 2 "new" members with no posts, you know, the ones that are hiding behind these new ids, are probably the creators of the site they posted. Ya im sure you wont be replying anymore. The truth really does hurt. You got banned from TC, came back with a new ID, are too scared to tell us what your Tc id was that got banned. You are mad you got banned, mad you werent invited on the other board, or got kicked out of the other site, so you need to start yet more drama. Perhaps you should be banned again, maybe there would be no drama here on TC with you gone.

Don't know what is going on but I couldn't sign on cause someone attempted to sign on as me with a wrong password. Anyway, it's me, Tiffani with an "i" so no I'm not a faker.
I appreciate the apologies and I'm over it. I'm aware of the "other" site. Have been for some time now as someone from the "other" site is the one who informed me about it and it probably doesn't help that it is on a myspace blog either, LOL. Yes, I read all 13 or so pages, who knows, may even read the protected forum. Know what? Don't care. I found it entertaining. I have thick skin and if it was an outlet to blow off steam, so be it.
To clear things up though:
I only paid $194 for my TT, insurance covered the rest.
My name is with an "i" not "y".
I was only on TLC 4 times.
I think the moderator icon is ugly and I don't think I'm special
I'm not a Detective, I just play one on TC. Actually, I am a Criminal Investigator, if you care.
Jeff won't be back until tomorrow, he had a family emergency so I'm sure TC is not high on his to do list right now.
However, *I* am on YOUR side, I do not agree with what mauitripletmom started and Jeff knows this. I have blocked her from emailing me as she has been sending me threatening emails, which I forwarded to Jeff. She knew when to use CAPS at the appropriate times when yelling at me, she also has a myspace page which leads me to believe she isn't as computer illiterate (sp?) as she claims. I will probably get reprimanded for this but I had to get it off my chest. Thanks for listening.

Last time I'll be on here, I'm sure, so let me spill...
I created that site. Don't blame Lea, Michelle or anyone else. I did it privately to amuse myself. I went back and forth making lighthearted fun of the triplet drama that goes on over here. Really. Just lighthearted spoof-fun, not picking on anyone.
I have confided in some longtime members that I can't stand the sunshine and roses attitude over here. It's just too fake. Veggie squares for breakfast? C'mon! We all do the best we can, but please.
So, I've been on here for a while just wanting to respond to those whom I could help, but I can't help but see just how many moms seem to enjoy tooting their own perfect-mom horn in an effort to make themselves shine like Stepford moms.
Anyway, I made up all of these "triplet moms" so I could spill my thoughts out in a sarcastic (snarky) way. I was going to completely keep it to myself, but shared it with a few, who shared it with a few, who shared it with a few...
It got a mind of its own, got its own heartbeat. I'm not sad about that. I'm happy. I thought I was the only one in the world who was tired of some of the issues that went on over here. Thanks to that board, I know I'm not alone.
I began to lose my respect for this board when MomofTreasures began to post over and over again about her drama, while I saw that there were real issues that were overlooked and she was allowed to continue to post.
I really lost all respect when I saw the Mauimom (who I suspect wields some financial power over here) was allowed to issue threats in the name of her culture.
It's very telling that there are so many women who want to be a part of our other board because of the attitude over here. On TC, it's either play nice, be a part of the board, or you're just a bad person.
Wish life were that simple. I'm not a bad person. Neither is Lea, neither is Michelle or anyone else who has a gripe with the perfect-mom-syndrome over here.
So, I've said my peace. To the moms over here who are tired of being what you think people want you to be, remember there are alternatives.
To those of you who feel wronged, I'm sorry. My site started out to be a private vent station for me and just grew from there.

Lesa, I want to thank you for the other site. Like I said before, this site is in a sense "fake", to me. I never felt I fit in because my life isnt perfect, my kids are not perfect, and when and if i posted that here I was either shunned or no one ever responded.
The other site is not a bad site, its a site where we can be ourselves, say whats on our mind good and bad.
I gave one person the link to your site, she is a member, here and there. I had a feeling we had a few spies but who cares. I just for the record did not give anyone the link nor did I discuss it. I will not apologize because i did nothing wrong.
What is the difference if we posted negativity over there about others or if someone in there own yahoo or other group picked on, talked bad about or made fun of members here. There is no difference. Its just that someone got there panties in a wad and has to continue to stir up drama. If i get banned from here so be it, but if thats the case then everyone that is in yahoo groups that have talked bad about members here should be banned too. However we all know that wont happen.

Don't worry about it. Everyone should understand that the board was used to get rid of all the uptight stress that comes along with our lives. Anyone who actually read through the board would have understood that! It says right on the main page THIS IS A SPOOF BOARD! It was time for all of us to look in the mirror and see that not everyone stays inside until their children are grown, not everyone does circle time, flash cards or signing times. Not everyone feeds thier kids organic food or breastfeeds them 100%. We were doing it to relax, unwind and have a laugh. Somepeople are just too damn tightassed to see that. Now that many of you (ones that created new names and felt the need to blow cover) got your fix...get over it...we dont always have to smile and say your great! sometimes we want to say WTF does something crazy happen everyday. Because we chose to go to a different outlet (because it is not allowed here) doesn't mean we are bad...we are just not perfect.
People do not fail...they just give up!

I have been completely out of all the drama on TC lately. But I can't help but feel that I just got dragged in due to your comment about veggies for breakfast. I am not being "sunshine and roses". I feed my kids veggies for breakfast because that is the time of day when they are most likely to eat them because they are hungriest. I am not "enjoying tooting my own perfect-mom horn". I mention it frequently because it has worked for us, and I think it is something that other moms who are struggling to get their kids to eat veggies may want to try. I have to say, I do feel slapped in the face. What have I ever done to you????

So now that EVERYONE knows about the other site. Can we just let it drop and move on?? So what if we have a site to vent and unload our feelings?? Want us to bring it here?? No you don't, so let us have our space. The super special vets have their space and can say what they want without problems. So leave ours alone and let us do and say what we want. Last time I checked we lived in America, we had freedom of speech and we can say whatever the hell we want!! If you don't like it, then leave our site alone!! You want us to leave, we did. You keep calling us back and look what happens. You don't want us to say what we want, you get all pissy and high and mighty! There are some of us that would rather just say it like it is, plain and simple. Let it alone and leave it alone! Stop causing the drama and rehashing of old business.
If you weren't involved in the first place, stay out of it!! Most of you don't even know what the hell you're talking about, but feel the need to share your thoughts and tell us to quit..Follow your own advice and quit!!

I wasn't made fun of anywhere, not invited anywhere, not up to speed on any arguments, nor asked for my opinion. Do I exist?
I can honestly say I wouldn't be as prepared, patient, or proactive as a parent of triplets if it wasn't for this site. Guess I'll leave the rest to the experts!
